Thirty days of going vegan is in the books and I have to say this one was a bit more difficult than keto for me as it took me out of my comfort zone. This Vegan 30 day challenge certainly surprised me in several ways and at the end of the day, I think it is a reasonable diet to follow as long as it's planned adequately.

If you have an idea of something you want me to cover in depth, please let me know because I take your requests seriously. We will be back with more Doctor Reacts Series & Responding to Comments so please submit more names of shows/episodes & questions you'd like for me to watch. Love you all!

Holymoly....that intro showed pretty much everything wrong with "veganism"...actually quite a few of the things you highlight in the video as well: highly processed and meat analogue stuff.

You did it wrong! You didn't mention that you were vegan NEARLY enough. EVERYBODY within a 50 mile radius MUST KNOW!

It took a year for my body to stop being loud AF after lunch. Going super slowly rather than all at once helps a lot!

I have tried Vegan (the plant based whole foods version) several times because I want the health benefits and I have also suffered severe gas and bloating every time I try it. I also have a job where this is not acceptable. If someone can recommend a remedy for the gas I would be willing to try again. Thanks

i honestly think it's easier if you're vegan for ethical reasons (which is really the only way to go vegan, what he did was a plantbased diet, but yk) because then you dont want to eat that terrifying whole dead fish that woman had on her plate

If I wasn't a vegan I think I would try a Mediterranean pescatarian diet. I love being vegan though. I just lost 22 pounds doing keto vegan for 3 months. I have lost a total of 34 lbs. since July by going back to eating a vegan diet after 6 years of eating meat and diary. I will never go back to eating the standard American diet.

That's an awful lot of processed foods. Veganism is actually super cheap and healthy without all of that junk.

I think it was the sauces that caused the bloating and flatulence.

Okay but like... I want to become vegan not because of a diet but because i don’t like the thought of eating animals

Please try Whole Food Plant Based instead.

Unless you have a GI condition where plant-based focused diet would put you in the hospital.
