I've been studying translation for 3 years now. before that, I have taken intensive English language courses for 2 years. Translation can be very difficult at times, especially when you're dealing with poems. What matters most is to convey the feeling and emotions rather than the meaning itself. Moreover, the cultural approximation could lead to counterproductive results if you're not quite knowledgable about the two languages. Still, translation is one of the most fascinating fields of study.
Very thoughtful...a small request want to see you..in standing position..
