    idk what's going here, if their going for strength, hypertrophy, powerlifting...just doesn't seem smart. Brad's legs obviously aren't really growing in proportion to his upper body. I'd appreciate more videos of well rounded leg training.

    Homie really tried squatting 600 with no belt, wrist wraps, or safety bars right after saying how hard high bar is. Ego lifting for the camera.
