    I have the same problem with engaging shoulders and triceps in benchpress, but i have noticed if you focusing on the elbows u use more chest

    is it good for chest growth? like I only workout 4 x in a week..pro say bigger muscle need rest at least 48hrs..they say fitness science..I'm not sure..btw I'm beginners

    IF you are natural you cant do chest everyday cuz u just break them down everytime and eventually you’ll get smaller chest so whenever you are really store in dem chests you gotta let them rest until the soreness goes away
