    Recipes

    French Onion Soup Ramen
    Ingredients
    * 2 Tbsp butter
    * 2 onions
    * 1 pack instant ramen
    * ¼ tsp salt
    * 1 quart water
    * A very optional shot of liquor
    * ½ cup any cheese you got
    * Black pepper to taste

    1) Melt butter over medium-high heat in a large sauce pot. Thinly slice onions then add to butter along with salt and the seasoning packet from ramen. Stir and allow to cook down for about 20 minutes, until caramelized and slightly burnt.
    2) If you got a shot of liquor you feel like giving up—any liquor, who cares?!?1—throw that in the pot and stir up all the flavor bits from the bottom of the pot. If you don’t have liquor (it’s about to be a long quarantine!) add the quart of water and stir.
    3) Let boil for 10 minutes. Add ramen noodles to water, cover with a lid, and boil for an additional 2 minutes. Add soup and noodles to a bowl, grate any cheese you have on top and either broil or throw in the microwave until melted.

    Ramen Cacio e Pepe
    Ingredients
    * 1 pack instant ramen
    * ¼ cup pasta water
    * 2 Tbsp butter
    * 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese-
    * Many cracks of black pepper

    1) Boil ramen and drain, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.
    2) Add pasta water and butter to a large sautee pan and add ramen noodles. Add fresh cracked black pepper and half your parmesan cheese and sautee for 2 minutes, until sauce has slightly tightened up.
    3) Serve on plate and garnish with more black pepper and the rest of your parm

    Ramen Salad
    Ingredients
    * 1 cup chopped cabbage (or whatever you got!)
    * ½ cup chopped onion (or whatever you got!)
    * ½ cup chopped apple (or whatever you got!)
    * ½ cup thawed frozen peas (or whatever you got!)
    * 1 chicken ramen packet
    * 1 ½ tsp mustard
    * 1 Tbsp Vinegar
    * 1 ½ Tbsp oil

    1) Whisk together vinegar, mustard, seasoning packet, and oil in a mixing bowl. Add Chopped raw ramen noodles, sliced onion, cabbage, apples, peas (AND I CAN’T STRESS THIS ENOUGH—OR WHATEVER YOU GOT) and toss.
