What happened to the vanilla or nutmeg. O.K., how about maple syrup or powdered sugar?

Some one misunderstood me I said it looks good no thumbs down. I would just toasted a little bit more. And not save any for later.

Looks good. I think I would like the bread to fry a little longer to make sure eggs are not raw at all.

I would never put sugar in my batter..its too much..its too sweet... you get sweetener from the maple syrup and the fruit you put on top ..thats all you need

I always add a high quality vanilla, heavy cream. I love the brown sugar instead of white sugar. I am looking forward to making French toast with these ingredients. I love the fruit purée very much & the fresh fruits/berries❤️❤️❤️❤️

My mom used to make it with salt and seasonings. The mixture would be like plain omelette, but dip the bread and fry it in oil!
