    You need more liquidy goodness in a khoresh, that's what makes it a khoresh 😂

    @ba, please do simple things to be more environmentally friendly. Like here, Andy could have used a cloth towel to wipe his hands after rinsing his potatoes, instead of a paper towel

    Of course, stews require an acquired taste. Most people would probably find something like this bland. Hence, Persian restaurants don't serve Gheymehs.
