I also always add a tablespoon of bacon fat to the thighs when I'm feeling frisky. I don't have a girlfriend anymore.

  • Garrett K  (Feb 23, 2019))

You've got the wrong girlfriend. Mine made us bacon for valentine's day. Twas a sexy way to start the evening. Also, make sure the bacon fat only goes on the thighs, and not on her pussy. Bacon fat + vag = asking for problems.

aww, im a girl and idk why that would matter. I use it...but i am from Virginia.

  • SovietOnion  (Dec 3, 2018))

What do you mean “accidentally”? Is it even possible to “accidentally” watch every video on this channel?

I wish Gordon ramsey had your camera skills because I don't learn much from his videos when I can only see a few atoms in the frame.

EY my guy I just got your book, couldn't be happier. I'm so glad I found you even from the beginning! You've been an amazing inspiration to me. While I don't really wanna be an outstanding cook such as you, having the talent to at least make something for me and my friends in college is already outstanding! Have a lovely holiday, and stay happy!

You need to show how to remove the salt cure! I have seen this technique on TV shows and videos and they NEVER show this critical step! Do you just dump away the salt? Is there any washing of excess salt with water (which seems like it would defeat the purpose of drying the skin) or is it just brushed away? What techniques do you recommend to get rid of concentrated pockets of hidden salt that can result in unpleasant salt explosions when tasted?I've tried this curing with a duck which ended up...

  • LaCroiky  (Feb 12, 2019))

+Jacob Bresler Thank you. I had the salty and burning problem too..

  • Scha P  (Jan 20, 2019))

Yeah I was afraid of that happening and need to minimize my salt intake so I skipped the brine and it was still really delicious.

  • Arbiter  (Dec 21, 2017))

I had a dream that Babish was shoving seasonings between my skin and muscle. It was wonderful.
