    I made white bean spread and have cherry tomatoes and whole wheat tortillas, so I'll try to recreate with my ingredients at and. I also made a spread with walnuts and roasted peppers but it's kind of sweet.

    You also need a very sharp knife. I don't like using serrated knives on anything, so the only time you should be doing so is when you are currently unable to sharpen your other knives to be capable of cutting the tomatoes without destroying them.
