    Okay, so can we talk about how he dissed milk chocolate in the beginning and then drops the "the dark chocolate is almost offensively sour" at the end???Remake it with semi sweet or milk chocolate and I can guarantee it will be an improvement to the recipe

    I made something similar with semi sweet, milk, and dark chocolate (2-2-1 ratio) for a chocolate with actual chocolate flavor that isn’t too sour. Makes up for American milk chocolate being kinda trash.
