    Opt-out on a per instance basis as part of the page load. Otherwise it will be like you agreeing to forced arbitration so you can have a credit card.

    Companies being able to track the activities of people who use their websites outside when not on their website should be illegal. Full stop. Even opting in should be illegal.

    Anytime there's a competitive start up both Google and Facebook will buy them out so they eliminate the competition
