As a Patriots fan I hate to see such a good defensive coordinator go. But the dolphins might start doing better in the 2020s

This guy should be proof to all you kids out there that you can accomplish ANYTHING if you put your heart and soul in it

Miami needs to get a REAL franchise QB they have not had one since Dan Marino retired and that is the biggest reason for their failure over the last 20 years.

Really? The Dolphins haven't been to the Superbowl in 4 decades? Guess 1983 and 1985 never happened? I mean... I'd get it if someone NOT getting paid for talking sports would say that, but really? The interviewer?

Miami had an offensive coach, the team averaged 19.9 points per game. It was the play calling that was the problem not to mention when all the stars went down with season ending injuries. Gase could not coach himself out of a paper bag. Time for a change.

The dolphins have talent. Its about the mindset and culture of the organization and players. Hopefully his staff can change that.

We will miss “flo” here in NE but I understand, 5 year contract and guaranteed $$$, set for life whether it works out or not.

Brain thank you for calling a brilliant Super Bowl 53 defensive game. Pats Nation will meet you soon.

I’d say he’s gonna need a couple or few years to really see some exceptional results, hope they give him the time

The Dolphins have a lot of Patriot blood down there, Flores and the GM Chris Grier son of the great Bobby Grier ex player personnel for the Pats; and older bro of the hockey great Mikey Grier! Great company there! Good luck!

Don't get schooled dolphins are good but we have a depleted offensive line so it makes the whole team look bad fix the offensive line and the whole team will shine

Flores doesn't seem to have a sense of humor. I haven't heard him laugh yet in any interview

  • IsThisTheKrustyKrab?

It doesn't matter who the Flippers hire as coach. They are still the Flippers and nothing will change that. They don't play in the Orange Bowl anymore remember? The Flippers have not made a SB appearance since moving out of the OB in the 1980s. They are cursed for moving out of the OB AND tearing it down to build a stupid baseball stadium for a minor league baseball team in Miami. Do you all understand what a fucking sports curse is like??? It sticks with the franchise for generations.

I already like this guy and he hasn't even won a game for us yet. Ita just something about the way he answers these interviews questions. I'm so excited to have him apart of finsnation. I wish him the best of luck. Dolphins haven't had much success no matter who's the head coach. We had Jimmy Johnson, Nick Saban, Dave Wannstedt and a few others. I really hope that this is the change that the dolphins need. What do you guys think?
