    I would even go as far as frying the fat part first to render out all the fat and flavour and then continue to fry as he showed.

    First mistake,
    Peeled outter premium skirt steaks cost as much as prime rib.

    Second mistake,
    That was not a Tomahawk Steak (tomahawk steaks have a long bone on them) it was a frenched bone cut rib eye.
    Full bone cut rib eyes are not called Tomahawk steaks they are called Cowboy steaks.

    People don't need to be married to medium rare. I prefer ribeye cooked medium. Helps the fat render all the way.

    How do I convince my mom that is a red meat hater that well-done tastes dryer than the Sahara, I swear she would seriously burn the outside of the steak just to have it well done. It's outrageous

    I miss my $17 Ribeye Steak dinner. Even when they managed to undercook it (steak that Rare was an interesting experience, like biting into a warm block of quality milk chocolate, only to realize that you have an entire pound of said warm milk chocolate to eat).
