17:55 and 18:05 look how pinched that exhaust pipe was!! that was definitely restricting flow

  • kragseven  (Jan 29, 2019))

The new one doesn't have all of those stupid bends in it besides the crimped sections. The less bend the better air flow even if they are slight

  • kragseven  (Jan 29, 2019))

I still find it hard to believe it didn't restrict air flow. You can't force air down and not expect a reduction and black flow

Dudes, couple of quick pointers from another ZL1 owner. The OEM tires on wet roads are dangerous, they hydroplane easily and, as you've already figured out, don't give you a lot of traction when you get on it- be careful. Those tires are also dangerous when cold even on dry asphalt, anything below 60 degrees you need to drive a little more conservatively until you get the tires warm (there's a tire temp monitor under the performance screen on the dash, if it says "Cool" the tires will not gri...

Hahah the funny part is the ZL1 they are rebuilding crashed from that exact reason!!!

  • Wzrd of Bozzz  (Jan 27, 2019))

Yup! Put the “BOW TIE” on... make her complete!!!

For those that do not like the wing... It is a functional wing that adds downforce for track days. Not some Honda Ebay Wing. Car looks Amazing. Great work guys.

+lashk Never thought of Canadians that way. How can you be an illegal alien if you're across the border?

  • Tyler Humphreville  (Jan 7, 2019))

For the honda fan boys, wings are useless on fwd cars. Hence the op's comment.

  • Robert Rutherford  (Dec 2, 2018))

Do not forget the most important part. Since you changed the air fuel ratio and exhaust , you need to tune it. Do not use generic ECM tuner... take it to a pro. Dyno while you are at it. That car will run perfectly.

+Radu Sirbu oh man you shot that keyboard mechanic right out of the sky lol

  • Radu Sirbu  (Jan 28, 2019))

+Robert Rutherford Yes it does send more air , so the ecu compensates with more fuel to keep the A/F ratio stoechiometric

Talking seriously? Or just kidding only?

  • Jared Langdon  (Jan 7, 2019))

I was legit anxious about that very thing. They were slipping it out so much, gave me the jitters. And I didn't even do any of the work! Just felt connected to the car after watching 20 videos of them restoring it!

  • Put the Chevy bow tie on and paint it black

  • Zach Culp  (Dec 2, 2018))

+Keith Wendl the Flow Tie is the one on the front bumper

  • VanisleNSX  (Dec 2, 2018))

I would put the rear bow tie back on.

  • Andy Rose  (Dec 2, 2018))

Jesus for real..these guys are not very knowledgeable and corny af! They always choose the wrong words and speak on useless stuff too much...but I guess all people want are words such as " BEAUTIFUL,AMAZING,GORGEOUS,CRAZY" lol. I love b for build a tad better.

  • Emmanuel Cruz  (Dec 5, 2018))

Put all badges!! Make it OEM!!

  • Fernando Kugi  (Dec 3, 2018))

You should put the black Chevy bow tie like the midnight version of Chevy cars here in Brazil...
