Im guessing he'll find out why it totaled. He couldnt afford to pay a successful bodyman to fix that truck and he dont seem to know enough to do it himself. Im also guessing he'll have to put it on a frame machine to pull it enough to go back on the new frame, with that apron, shock tower and core support all fucked up. that truck is worth more parted out than with a rebuilt title.

should have pulled the frame on a rack and sectioned it... new frame is an insane amount of work... Best of luck

Hope you undate the title as far as a different frame # for the title or it will come back to bite you when you sell it.

Actually we want the frame deformation to be isolated to the front section of the frame, ahead of the suspension. When the deformation occurs near the cab area, it's an indication of poor impact energy isolation. Unfortunately I've seen this many times on the Ford trucks, resulting in debilitating occupant lower leg injuries.

how much rounded off to the nearest thousand would the salvage truck cost if we bought one like it? also how much roughly did you spend repairing it? just curious.

If you work on your car in the parking lot of a parts store in the great lake state they will call the cops.

So, all in, how much time and effort do you have in this project. If you were to sell it, how much would you make?

This is a way cool video.
