If you're looking for unique humor, delicious-looking food, and rampant cartoon sexualization, look no further than Food Wars!: Shokugeki no Soma. In this culinary fist fight, the owner of the oldest restaurant in Chinatown whips up a sweet and salty ensemble purported to have "advanced Chinese cuisine". Cowboy Bebop is the ultimate starter show of anime and one of the best ever made. Except no substitute. See you space cowboy...

Your a bebop man for sure. The jazz is just mental. I suggest the soundtrack after you watch it. I would also suggest samurai champloo. Also tons of recipes in it. grilled eel. Oh this and that. Also GREAT music. See the theme forming here. Also, NEVER miss Afro Samurai by Rza. Also, music. And to really get back to the classics, ninja scroll. Oldie but goodie!!! Really all those would be right up your alley. ENJOY!!! also, thanks!! Dope ass show you have here!!

If you're looking for "overrated", there's HxH, FMA, Cowboy Bebop and Jojo. They get praised the shit out of, when they're barely entertaining, are unoriginal/really predictable, have incredible plot holes or are just plain ridiculous.Something like Kimi no na wa might be better for someone who's never touched anime much, considering it's really just a rounded love story with some extra time travel strewn in.

  • Phyro Scire  (May 22, 2018))

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is a great classic adventure/comedy/horror with a nice modern anime adaptation, there's a few dishes in the series too that you could check out like spaghetti al nero di seppia and all of the dishes in the episode "Let's Go Eat Some Italian Food"

  • Jeff the ARMY  (Jan 19, 2019))

    One Piece is always better

  • Pistol Pete  (Oct 24, 2018))

Let's go eat italian food is the perfect bait and switch of "oh he's an evil stand user right? Naaah, he just likes making good food"

  • Charles Bets  (Aug 12, 2018))

You should use old cooked rice that has been in the fridge on a sheet pan. The dryness gives you a lot more leeway to add tasty liquids. Also, the reason it's called "fried rice" is that in the cooking process, the rice crackles like it's being fried, and the grains should be lightly coated with a smoky caramelized sauce.

    You are absolutely right
