  • So I've been curious about regional style for a long time now, so after the holidays we traveled to three different U.S. cities and got a makeover in the street fashion of that city. We traveled to Miami, Dallas, and Portland and teamed up with locals who helped us craft our head-to-toe looks! Which one was your favorite?

A big thank you to all the style bloggers who were featured:

  • okay im not gonna say the portland outfit was too accurate

  • Danika Malorni  (3 hours ago))

My only feedback would be that the PDX outfit lacks irony, the true Portland je ne sais quoi.

  • Same with Miami (I live in Miami I would know)

  • TheSaltyPotato  (Jan 1, 2019))

I'm from the south and watching her try to say ya'll killed me..

  • Same tho. Any South carolina peeps here?

I live in Portland and the stylist was close with the jeans (why are they dirty?) and flannel, but forgot two very important pieces: a scarf and a beanie. If you want to be truly authentic, you must also have a dog, a bicycle, and a beer in your hand.

  • Dana Thurnell  (Feb 5, 2019))

YASSS I went to visit my cousins and it was quite confusing when people where wearing cowboy boots as gym shoes

  • curlyhair343  (Sep 26, 2018))

As someone from Dallas. Highland Park is NOT the center of Dallas. The first store is outrageously expensive. Just like everything else in that shopping center.

  • Bianca Christie  (Jan 24, 2019))

Wow! We're a contentious lot here in the big D. I'm from Dallas, although I've moved around a lot and then come back home; and I actually think the outfit was scarily spot on. I'm not Highland Park rich (btw, the per capita income in that neighborhood is actually more than Beverly Hills), but that's pretty much how I dress--especially with the emphasis on classic shapes and switching around accessories (that all-grey palette is also VERY Dallas). Market is waaaay overpriced IMO (obvs Safiya though...

+Julie Peralta right! around the Plano/ Frisco/ McKinney/ Irving area is a good place to go

  • spagirl2010  (Dec 7, 2018))

You need to go to Fort Worth, TX for a makeover for a true Texas Style. Dallas people vs. Fort Worth people are different. There is a hidden dislike between which is better....in style, etc.

  • ŠpîçÿDust Gacha  (Feb 13, 2019))

Nah Austin is where it’s at

  • Two much sauce  (Jan 29, 2019))

    Dallas all the way.
