    Hey man ! Couple of advices about Twitch since you seem pretty new to all this. I wasn't there so I don't know how many viewers you had but I'm guessing a lot. So chat is going to be a problem you'll have to deal with. The way I see it, streamers on Twitch usually deal with it in one way : moderating the crap out of this chat.
    If you want to have some clean conversations with your chat and be able to read some of it to interact with your community on a more personnal level, you HAVE to do that. It involves having a TEAM of moderators in chat (not just 2 people who are new to Twitch no offense to your friends of course). Using slow mode (people can talk once every XX time). Using an auto ban bot to automatically ban messages with all caps, too many emotes, spamming...etc. And of course not giving too much attention to the trolls. If you see a lot of spammers or other chat filth, DO NOT comment on it live because it is going to empower them and motivate more and more people to troll / spam emotes / copy-pasta...etc. Ignore them 100% and let your mods do their job. Eventually your chat may calm down by itself and you may develop an friendly atmosphere that promotes discussion about cooking.

    What to do with the parmesan rind? Throw it into your sauce as its cooking (then fish it out before serving). Adds a ton of flavour! Source: My (very Italian) Nonna does it.
