His 2nd shot at 14 will go down as one of the greatest shots in US open history. After that I knew it was over .

Yeah, when that kind of luck is with you, you would have to really do something catastrophic to lose.

Why didn't us open feature group coverage involve koepka or woodland?

  • John-boy  1 months ago

Especially Koepka, with his recent history

Woodland Played against the Best and was in front all 4 rounds "Congrats to Woodland".

@friedgames He played with the Best that"s what Ccounts and He's Champion.

I've never seen anyone fill that number of inside straights, but this guy did it without waiting for the cards he was dealt. He said "I'll take those, thank you very much".You can't make a better statement than Woodland did today. I'm betting he doesn't fly home commercial tomorrow; a hop to San Jose and some sort of charter to the midwest. More power to him.

I think Tiger is slowly but surely swinging back to his best judging from his 4th round swing.

Schauffele and Hovland with bright futures in the golf realm. Rory with too many rectangles on the card. Koepka is the real deal, plays with such poise and confindence. Instead of Woods it was Woodland in the winner's circle. Woodland playing to win with that 3 wood and a beautiful pitch from just off the green on 17. It's nice to have new winners in the majors
