That's a move you make when you haven't won a title yet where the Raptors have won already so yeah good move by Masai not to act so desperately

PG isn't worth Toronto's Entire future.. even if they went ahead with the trade, Kawhi would still have definitely gone for LA.

If Kawhi didn't stay for $50 million more dollars, he wasn't gonna stay period.

Kawhis family wanted to move to LA. Wouldn't matter what player they added. Might be different if Toronto paid twice more in salary.

Like Stephen A smith said numerous times throughout the season "there ain't nothing better than home cooking"
Jamaal murray and Giannis going to the raps confirmed

Hell no. Youth and long term trumps hobbled superstars in the short term. Honestly, that whole I want to go home with uncle Dennis makes him sound like a 12 year old.

If Raptors win a chip before Kawhi do, does it affect his Legacy? Let's not forget Pascal Siakam Fred Van Vleet and Kyle Lowry won game 6!

Lakers would have got Paul George last year. Then Kawhi Leonard this year. But instead, they inherited Klutch Sports and LeBron's media circus.

If it meant trading your whole roster then no.

I don't think it would've mattered. Originally, Paul George and Kawhi Leonard wanted to go home. They did. Just not with the Lakers because LeToxic is there.

You people are so stupid. Kawhi wanted to go home to LA, no matter what. Either to the Clippers or the Lakers in which he asked to delay the Ad trade for 2 days, to see if the Clippers deal would be done. Kawhi never wanted to re-sign with the Raptors.
Thunder informed Toronto, on the Clippers plans on getting another superstar to pair with Kawhi (before he signed).
So the Raptors acted as if they were interested so the Thunder can have leverage, to get all those draft picks from the Clippers.
The Thunder wanted what the Clips had, not what the Raptors had.
