Hey guys, I'm a big fan! Could you explore from a travel agent perspective whether Disney is charging more for bookings made outside of the US? I hear you guys talk about the prices of hotels and from Australia I can never see All-Stars for less than $129USD(not including tax) and can never see moderates for less than $250USD (not including tax). Are these prices the same as what you see in America?

Pete was right. I just happened to be looking back and was just listening about Liberty INn and he said in a few weeks, FREE DINING. Here we are 7/17 and there's an announcement for free dining.

The aim of Star Wars Land in Disney World (Disney Land different due to majority Locals) is to get an increase in attendance across the whole of Disney World by selling Disney Holidays off the back of it. They would expect most to be buying park hoppers. So if its just Hollywood Studios or Star Wars land which is busy its likely they will not be getting the impact they expected or would be hoping for.

I'd be interested to see how the prediction might change now that we have an opening date for the final GE ride. It also begs the question whether the numbers would have increased if both GE lands had been complete on opening day? Are many of the crowds who are excited about GE waiting until the land is complete. I have a fall trip I had planned in hopes we would miss GE. As much as I'd like a discount on my room (or free dining), I would also like the lower crowds.

I’m now wondering Pete’s thoughts on fall discounts since rise of resistance announcement today. I’m so disappointed if they don’t have an offer. No way I’m paying rack rates for deluxe 😝

Long lines for slinky dog when it opened. Long lines at Pandora when it opened. It keeps getting more and more expensive. We decided to skip our 2019 trip. We'll save some money and have a better experience sometime in the future.

Also Pete you are so correct, I booked my boyfriend and I's trip (coming up in three weeks) on a whim because I did NOT want to deal with the crowds at Galaxy's Edge. As a three time a year visitor from Maryland, I knew there was no way I would afford visiting or want to visit anytime after August this year or probably even until next spring as I've noticed they are not releasing many discounts. At least for this August thanks to the 35% off AP room rate I did manage to get a room at AKL for $249 a night which is pretty insane. Hopefully if they continue with these room only AP discounts I think it would be worth renewing an AP even though the price has severely spiked, but time will tell.

Did not receive an email about the early sign-ups and totally missed out :( But that's okay I'll try to catch you guys next year if you plan something for the 21st anniversary. :)
