  • Located near the Tayna Nature Reserve in the Democratic Republic of the Congo is the Gorilla Rehabilitation and Conservation Education Center (or GRACE). The sanctuary provides care for orphaned Grauer's gorillas with the goal of reintroducing them back into the wild. The live gorilla cam is located inside a 39-acre forest habitat. At night, the staff sleep together with the infant gorillas, just as the gorilla's mothers would do in the wildMany of the gorillas you see here we confiscated before the age of 3 and need around-the-clock care and attention in order to assure their survival. GRACE caregivers attend to the gorillas 24/7 to groom them, feed them, and provide exercise and medical care.GRACE works closely with local Congolese communities to promote forest preservationLove Animals and Nature?
