  • endi6vf  (Sep 5, 2018))

one big mistake , bondo straight on clear metal , this will rust , bondo sucks moisture from air + wet sanding , spray first some epoxy primer then aply bondo , finish sanded and again epoxy primer , beside this good work

  • Strange Horizons  (Dec 31, 2018))

+Johnny p This. I really hate these internet comment section cowboys. You have to sand down to the bare metal so it can bond with it. Otherwise, you WILL get chipping and loss of material.

  • Johnny p  (Sep 8, 2018))

Wrong, you only want to apply body fillers to bare metal. Just read the fucking instructions from the manufacture of the body filler you're using.Bondo is a brand name.Stay under 1/8 of an inch thickness.

You have to appreciate the time, care and precision in your work, well done fellas. I remember watching Tavarish's lambo work where he would show no work being done, 20 minutes of waffling and boring updates. Youtube felt my pain and suggested your mustang part 1 build, Liked an Subbed. Haven't left since. You guys sure have come a looong way.

  • Pióro  (Sep 5, 2018))

You guys are so "cute" 'cause you're like that family friendly vlog channels but combined with cars and even though it doesn't looks like hard editing stuff, as an editor i can see that you're working hard on each video. The best advice i can give you is if you use adobe premier search for "500 transitions" and i would recommend you buying it as it's extremely easy to use. Or if you want you can search for some free ones.

  • Pióro  (Sep 5, 2018))

Daves Racing Channel I mean Dave, i am not really into drag races, more like just cars themselves and i don't like to be subscribed at channels that i don't watch. Sorry man

  • Sonnicman  (Sep 5, 2018))

Just started using the 500 transitions as well. So far I'm quite impressed with it.

  • Srikaar Lalla  (Sep 5, 2018))

Hmmmm let's spice things up, build the ultimate street machine, Toyota Supra ❤️❤️❤️ would top things off 😍

Next time double the amount of hardener you're using and roll the edges of your masking tape back to prevent hard lines. Your outlines should look like tubes outlining your work area. You might get lucky this time, but I've learned the hard way that hard lines print through.

  • barret thompson  (Sep 6, 2018))

I agree the amount of work for a colour change is huge but I never once mentioned changing colour, if they want to rebuild it to look factory, they should spend the time sanding it back, repriming it then respray the black. It all depends on how bad the paint is and how deep the scratches are on the body from sitting the storage yard and from the accident, they are taking the time to re build it, then at least get a pro to paint it and make it look as though that car was never crashed.

  • barret thompson  (Sep 6, 2018))

they are painting it black again, to me respray and repaint mean the same unless someone actually says they are changing colour
