I love the effect Brad has on other people. You can see how his energy, and his excitement and positivity makes everyone he interacts with super happy. His personality is infectious.

    +Anne I saw that goose catch 😏

  • Derek Martz  (Aug 4, 2018))

How on earth did anyone ever discover this process?

  • Shane Walta  (1 day ago))

As Brad said in part 1, the fermentation process probably creates alcohol. So I'd guess that the native Americans were eating them to get messes up, and eventually started fine tuning when they harvested them

  • Daniel Diaz  (Feb 3, 2019))

Aztecs made a chocolate drink (Xocolatl, X sounds like Sh) but it was made with boiling water (hence the saying "like water for chocolate", also, no cows in America then), it had vanilla and chile, and it was sweetened with honey : )

maybe one day ill find a Brad

I love how different he is when he is dealing with his peers and when he's dealing with the older man who owns the company. He's more calm and respectful when he's talking to Gary Guittard whereas when he's talking to the company workers and Vinny he's more laid back and playful.

  • Julian  (Jan 30, 2019))

Well, he is also: The guy paying them

  • E H  (Jan 29, 2019))

Alex Clarke well thats The Gary Guittard

  • Logan Miles  (Feb 15, 2018))

No joke, this was a terrific set of videos. I haven't seen a full video from beans to chocolate bar and that has gone into the subtle nature of chocolate making. Brad and Vinny are funny as always and the final statement at the end by brad was terrific about appreciating how much goes into things. Great videos to watch stoned.
