    What do you guys do with the leftover frying oil? Can you reuse it, does it have a limit to how many times it can be reused or many days before it needs to be thrown out? How do you dispose of it? I always wonder this for deep fat frying! Thank you!

    What can I use as a substitute for the chickpea flour? None at my local supermarket here in rural Japan...guess I could always buy online but if there's another option, I'd prefer that.
