    I messed up the recipe, however this is mostly down to the idiot who posted the recipe in the comments and tasty being generally bullshit, find another video if you want actual cookies instead of salty cakey things.

    here is the measurements for anyone outside of the US:
    - 125g bread flour
    - 95g all purpose flour
    - 1½ teaspoons table salt
    - 1 teaspoon baking soda
    - 225g unsalted butter
    - 2 tablespoons water, room temperature
    - 220g dark brown sugar
    - 100g white sugar
    - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    - 1 teaspoon espresso powder
    - 1 large egg
    - 1 large egg yolk
    - 85g semi-sweet chocolate chips
    - 130g dark chocolate, chopped

    So I made these today. Here's a tip. If you're not much of a expresso fan, use half a tsp.
    Also mine for some reason really looked flat. Like it barely rised.

    Hei Tasty, do you have the recipe in grams? I tried this using conversion of measurement and it did not go well at all. It was very liquid and I think the problem was in the butter. Anyways, i tried to put them in the fridge for now. And let's see if it gets better later 👀

    I tried to make these last year! 😂 and watching it now I understand why the cookies I made didn't turn out how I wanted them. It's going take me 10 tries to get these cookies right 😂😭🤷
