Do not ever type “scotus” again. It sounds like what Caesar would call his scrotum. POTUS is a stupid enough term.

This guy actually argued that the blue state would properly represent their constituents despite this ruling but the red state won’t 😂 when in fact the gerrymandering case that went up to the Supreme Court included Maryland 😂😂😂😂

Being NICE and Civil to Conservatives while THEY'RE hurting Our DEMOCRACY, Help Them STEAL YOUR RIGHTS and POWER. Being Nice wont Keep You off BOXCARS. Republicans NEED to be AFRAID to take Anyone's Votes or Political Power Away. Republicans need to know the Moment They BETRAY AMERICA, They May Pay the Price. Kobach should be TERRIFIED to be in Public.

There needs to a federal law banning Gerrymandering.

What a surprise, Sam wants to legislate from the bench. The SC decision on gerrymandering was correct. This is a state issue. There is nothing illegal about it.

The Roberts Gerrymander ruling effectively REQUIRES gerrymandering. Democrats must gerrymander the hell out of every state they control, and make it clear that they are only doing it because they can't allow Republicans to be unopposed in this, then they are complicit in the destruction of American Democracy. They must also make it clear that they want a compromise where we draw districts, or rewrite election law, to be MORE rather than less representative.

Illinois, New York and California better not have a single republican district left in it when this is done.

Democrats tried to “play nice” now.....

Fuck it. Once powerful republicans have their districts disappear, maybe something will change

Republicans have to cheat to win. Otherwise they would disappear into obscurity as a party.

Republicans offer nothing. They offer their electorate nothing because they are a nothing meaningless party with the same old dried up policies and fearmongering

Easy. Get rid of vote count according to districts. Collect all the votes and makes each vote count.

    John Roberts' basic assessment:

If North Carolina is unfairly gerrymandering their districts then the North Carolina legislature (who did the gerrymandering in the first place) can fix that and the federal courts have no role to play.

Oops! Guess giving up the SCOTUS just to have the pleasure of sticking it to Hillary was a mistake, huh Bernie or Busters?

It leaves us with a permanently broken, undemocratic system, until we find a way to get rid of those assholes who have no place even being in the SCOTUS, i.e. Gorsuch and Kavanaugh. In the meantime, Democrats should gerrymander the living hell out of every state they hold a majority in, preventing Republicans from ever winning there again. Once this happens, maybe then Republicans will realize it's a bad idea.
