    I grew up in Italian neighborhoods near NYC and she reminds me so much of some of my friends' moms. Smart as hell, great sense of humor, and not afraid to pinch you when necessary. Well, when I was a kid it was smack you, not sure if they still do that.

    I really like Carla. Her videos are funny n laid back. I love me some Brad but it really gets irritating coming to the comments and seeing nothing but things about him on a video that isn't about him. Stop it! It's rude. I dont even notice Brad in the other Chefs videos. You guys need to chill out.

    Twelve20two you could add cacao nibs to the nuts, or maybe good cocoa powder to the meringue?

    Yeah, fry up the bacon until it's real crispy and give it a light coating of maple syrup... You could use the bacon fat instead of the coconut oil, and add in a quarter cup of maple syrup or honey along with the fat to the nuts when they are initially toasting in the oven.
