No Copying, pinning, publishing .I will be vigilant about filing takedown notices if my video's and photo's are copied.I have two other pizzelle recipes on my channel1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour1/4 cup baking cocoa1 teaspoon cinnamon1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt1 stick unsalted butter melted and cooled in a small bowl1 cup granulated sugar3 eggs room temperatureIn a large bowl combine flour, baking cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and stir. Set asideMelt butter in mircrowave and let cool in bowlPour cooled butter into bowl and beat in granulated sugar till smooth and combined.Beat in egg till light and fluffyPour wet ingredients into the dry making a well in the dry ingredients using a hand mixer or whisk combine till all smooth.Heat cookie maker Spray maker with oil sprayFollow makers directions for bakingRemove hot cookies onto a cooling rackFilling : 12 oz of semisweet chocolate 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Melt chocolate and butter together till smooth add 1/2 mint extractMint extract is optionalDrop a tablespoon of chocolate on 1 cookie take another cookie and turn it to spread chocolate.Make 18 sandwiched cookies
