  • Pre-order my first cookbook, Eat What You Watch: A Cleverly-Titled Romp Through the Fanciful Fêtes of Fiction! Really it's just called Eat What You Watch, but I totally should have called it that instead.
    Amazon: http://a.co/bv3rGzr
    Barnes & Noble: http://bit.ly/2uf65LX

NOTE: I made an error in the voice-over - there should only be half a cup (4oz) of water in the biga, not a full cup!!

Agent Fitz's favorite sandwich on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is a classic - prosciutto, mozzarella, and pesto aioli. Like any great sandwich or fictional superhero organization, it comes together to make something greater than the sum of its parts. That is until Ward so callously tosses it into the darkness for comic effect.

    Recipes coming soon to bingingwithbabish.com!

You should do a cheese episode for basics. Explaining rennit and the different methods. Obviously you'd need to do the cheese on advance and wait until they're done but it would be awesome

Half a pound of prosciutto! That must be the saltiest sandwich ever!

I wish I had the patience to make that bread, but that is way too long to spend on a sandwich, and not nearly enough pesto. Looks delicious though.

I will make but only pesto no mayonnaise. . . Mayonnaise is almost as ruinous for a recipe as raisins.

Aioli doesn’t need egg. That’s mayonaise with garlic

Hey Andrew, have you ever tried a ciabatta sandwich with some pesto mayonaise on the bottom half, followed by (optionally a bit of rucola) shingled tomato and mozarella slices and topped of with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and a handfull of roasted pinenuts?

    (It’s absolute heaven, trust me)
